In 2021, Cornerstone Bank - Albion formed partnerships with the Albion Area Arts Council and Albion Economic Development Corporation for the rehabilitation of an open downtown lot. Together these organizations turned an eyesore into a one-of-a-kind community space and music venue. The Venue on 4th has two full hookups for food trucks (110, 220, water) and regularly hosts a variety of food trucks throughout the week.
The space is utilized every summer for the Albion Area Arts Council Summer Concert Series. Each Thursday from the end of June to the end of July the Arts Council sponsors free concerts for the community from a variety of genres. With food trucks and drinks available from HWY 14 Brewery and Albion ThriftyWay, these evenings are a fantastic celebration of the "Best Live Music in Rural Nebraska."
